Lulu is an active member of the sales team at Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate The Shanahan Group.  She leverages her unique client-focused professional experience and in-depth knowledge of Winchester and the surrounding communities to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether it's buying or selling a home, Lulu is committed to her clients and provides an outstanding level of personal service, start to finish.  In addition to assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, Lulu is also part of the leadership team at The Shanahan Group.  As Business Operations Manager, Lulu oversees agent development and learning, transaction management, business reporting, office events, and marketing initiatives.  

After graduating from Boston College, Lulu worked for several years in the Financial Software industry.  She held senior management positions in Sales, Client Services, and Product Management at Thomson Financial Services and later, WorldStreet Corporation.  After purchasing their first home in Winchester, Lulu had an exciting opportunity to relocate to Hong Kong where she and her family spent two amazing years. After their return to the U.S., Lulu was delighted to settle back into the Winchester community.

Lulu is a life-long resident of Winchester and an active member of the community through various school, youth sports, church, and town activities.  Lulu and her husband Paul have three children, currently attending Winchester High School, Merrimack College, and College of the Holy Cross.
